Well, my nodes work pretty well on kaffe. The GC sucks, so every 24 hours I restart it. It's still failing to autodetect the IP, which is bad for my dynamic IP node. (Obviously, that's a freenet problem, not kaffe)
Is there a way to tell the node what it's IP is? Rewrite the config file and it reloads? Or just rewrite+restart to clear the leaked ram anyway? BTW: Kaffe's single-process threading is NICE. It dosn't run the load up to 12 on my pentium 133. Having it eat 96 meg of ram is painful, though. --Dan
