wrong... speaking personally, at start I belive that was some kind of
indication on how good node is working.
Think of this: "ohh, performance it's still under 100%, my node is
still working not that good... I hope it will reach 100% as soon as
possible so I can navigate faster!".
It's not that strange for beginners, don't you think?

The second you said! Link to Frost and Fuqid and all other needed
tools we daily use but that for a beginners could take out hours only
to become aware of their existance: that because "freenet help" links
are often not reachable these days and how is presumed a beginner can
help himself out of Fproxy without help?
