I think freenet is suffering because it doesn't have key space
specialisation. NGR is trying to route quickly, all un-overload are quick, get the traffic, route to each other, overload, etc.
If this is the case we should try to reduce QRs as much as possible - remove QR based on bandwidth, messageSendTime and routingTime, and try to reduce the number of threads used with more NIO.
I definitely saw better pSuccess values and much less local overload
when QR based on bw was disabled last week.
So did I, but that was because my outgoing bw was less. And that's not good. Just because Load=100% doesn't mean your node isn't doing good for the network.
