And significantly increase performance for users using at least a 256kbps link. Optimise the common case! However, we should probably reduce the actual limits to half the specified upload speed, i.e. from 24 to 16 for 256kbps. Exactly how common are broadband connections with less than 256kbps upstream? Anyone got one?
