Compact status line, compatible with Artefact2's new theme
( http://uppix.net/b/e/3/babb281ef44848aa469c80b949446.png )

ORANGE ORANGE ORANGE GREEN English 5 messages, 1 new
(network) (friends) (physical) (23 peers) (dropdown)
(link to messages page)
[ critical errors and errors displayed, rest are not ]

The seclevels would link to the seclevels page.

For seclevels, I propose:

RED = LOW
ORANGE = NORMAL
GREEN = HIGH
BLACK = MAXIMUM (or gold?)

For peers:
GREEN = 10+
ORANGE = 5-9
BLUE = 1-4
RED = 0

The colors could alternatively be smileys, it should be up to the theme.
