You think it's unconstructive to discuss problems in Freenet that could be solved? > Asking "why why why" all the time makes it sound like you're more interested > in proving other people wrong, than trying to achieve anything. I'm interested in achieving something. I'm not interested in entering into discussions about people's motivations or how to prevent people from feeling threatened by serious discussion. I have my motivations, I'm not interested in discussing them. I'm not interested in discussions about mailing list policies. I'm interested in getting work done. > Go spend some time doing your own research, and come back with something > concrete. That is extremely unhelpful. I've done my research, I've looked through the website and the wiki and on Freenet and I've read some of the papers linked on the website. I've not found anywhere a description of the fundamental problems which Toad says exist. So I've asked Toad if he can describe these fundamental problems. For some reason though, people have come along and said "don't ask questions like that!" You said "spend some time doing your own research". What do you mean? What is it you think I should be researching? _______________________________________________ Devl mailing list [email protected] https://emu.freenetproject.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/devl
