I very very much appreciate the kindness of you saying that but I don't want

I'd prefer to do it for free as a measure of reconciliation with the team.

I think I ought to offer that as Ian had shown a large distrust towards me in 
the "Ian et al: Poll conclusions" thread, and nobody else seemed to oppose 
that.
I don't want to be the one to cause a work environment of working on the Web 
of *Trust* for a team which doesn't *trust* me.
We deserve better than that.

We don't live two streets across so we cannot resolve those potential 
misunderstandings by having a beer together, having an honest personal chat, 
and getting a grasp of the other's trustworthiness by experiencing the fellow 
human being as a whole - so a "proof of work" by writing lots of code is all I 
can come up with.

Money was not the reason why I joined this project anyway! :)
