Yes! Everyone should run a node. More nodes means more data replication
and more cover traffic. In general, more is better. Of course as you
increase the number of slow nodes, you decrease the average speed of the
network. Which should just encourage people to form subnetworks with their
friends who also have high speed connections. If you have a high speed
connection and are getting slow downloads, it's probably because you're
talking to slow nodes (or one hop away is) because you got them from
inform.php. Well you should set up a subnetwork with your friends and that
will fix that.
