Even without probability routing NSA will mostlikely have a huge computer that is connected to all freenet entry points they know of, and that is hooked to a fiber optic, and has multi terrabyte storage space. This will efficiently route 50% of all requests into that direction. This in turn sets a good foundation for statistical analyzis. When NSA brings this computer up it will just benefit freenet overall :-)
