Nodes don't have one particular key that identifies them.  They may have a
number of areas of the keyspace that other nodes consider them experts
of.  The node itself may believe its an expert in keys closest to 90% of
its datastore, when in reality the network as a whole could consider them
an expert in only 10% of its keys.  Its not really certain, so
artificially inflating data won't really help.
