I will probably not *require* that nfreenetd has to be run with any
permissions or anything.  It will probably have a .nfreenetd directory
in the current user's home directory that it will optionally use to
store configuration files and datastore files.  However, nfreenetd is
not meant to be used as a user program started from the command line.
