You could always just list both the SSK and the CHK, for verification.

I'm not sure it is.  The first way, I have to associate the
WaitRedirect command and the Info command by noticing that they have
the same docname.  The second way, I *know* they're related, because
they're packaged together.  That seems like it's a valuable addition.
Programs that want to move metadata around can confidently grab
DocInfo commands without parsing their content, and know that they
have all of the information pertaining to a particular document.
