I get this while using GJ's GetFiles (v0.14, haven't been able to get 0.15 yet).
Fproxy seems to be jammed too - even the home page. The end of the log is
attached. Fred seems to still be running from the process list. This is after
running probably too many parallel requests, but with no actual load it is still
kaput. Oh and yes this is the right port. Standard Fred configuration except for
increasing the connection timeout to 10000ms and rather large datastore
settings.
