I don't see what advantage there would be to complicating parsing by
adding yet another delimiter. Also, that syntax wouldn't quite work
since both baseline and incremenet are optional. If it's too wordy, we
could use shorter identifiers.

freenet:SSK at asdf,base=x,incr=y/prefix

How about that?
