Throw it in with the installer, office can be macroed in a very 
user-transparent way (as demonstrated by the various viruses)

I use windows.  I like it.

Have a drool-proof client program that, when told to insert word or frontpage 
html, cleans off all the crap and fixes up the URIs.

There's lots of broken software out there.
