I now have my manifest tools stuff at least limping along on FCP. 

Also I added a -P/--useFCP (note -C reported in earlier message has morphed 
to -P) option to InsertClient and RequestClient to allow them to use FCP as 
well.  There are still some flaky things but mostly they seem to work.
