The 10% retrieval failure rate is, in my opinion, highly exaggerated, and if freenet faile to retrieve a file 10% of the time you request it, we should fix *that*, not put more data into freenet which will push chunks out faster.

As much as I'm one of the original seed nodes, and can't have any problem with people publishing that I run a node, when we go international with this, I think many people would prefer to have it not be advertised that they're running a node.
