I also thought about writing it in Java so every platform can use it. But I 
never coded in Java...

It includes all languages at compile time and, when executing the program, 
chooses the appropriate language automagically ;). If it can't find the 
language, it takes the first one (I guess since it takes english). I've tested 
it with English and French, it works perfectly.
