Hi all, The first cut of fcpproxy (the stable fwproxy replacement) is now in cvs and ready for initial testing.
As mentioned before, it's built on the robust JunkBusters proxy engine, and takes great liberties under GPL in ransacking the JunkBusters code. I didn't expect to have it done so soon. So far, I've been able to browse KSK at gpl.txt, plus the nakedtest sites. No problems. No crashes. Working on Windows (msvc build) and linux (debian). Note - I've left the JunkBusters code totally intact, so you can edit the fcpproxy.ini file and the other files to fine-tune the blocking options, which will please those who want to use fcpproxy as browser proxy, yet surf with cookies. Have fun, and please notify bugs on-list or to me personally.
