It appears, subtly, on the Nubile site in Freenet.  The example line
has a "PAgM" appended to the public key.

No, the problem is MUCH deeper than that.  It's simply that fcpputsite
is utterly, totally and completely broken.  As far as I can determine,
it always has been broken; on occasion, it's managed to work, a little
bit, for some lucky people.  I've fixed a few of the more glaring bugs
in it with small patches, but it needs a full rewrite.
