This is true. Personaly, I would like to see the
gateway page link to sites that try to link to other
sites. Linking dirrectly to a blog does not seem to be
a good use of the exposure available dirrectly on the
gateway page. If I had my way, the gateway page would
point to TFE, Cruft's verified freesites (instead of
his blog), and TII as well as anything else that came
along that proved itself reliable and linked to a
large number of sites. Another freesite that is a
direct competitor to TII would be great too as a
freesite that flat links to every possible freesite on
a single page is going to fall apart after freenet
starts to scale. I support any other way to get the
word out about freesites as well and they should be
evaulated as they crop up.
