Indeed Oskar, Obviously there is no value in a mechanism that would allow fred to participate in a network off of the internet. Also, all those damn leaching transient nodes can rot in hell - screw them, if they don't want to contribute to the network they don't deserve any of it's protection.
I sure am glad that you don't have a problem with the feasability of this concept. You arbitrarily deciding that it is of no value means it is probably worth something. Perhaps you would care to explain why the project is so worthless? I don't recall anyone telling you to write the software. In fact, it seems they were just looking for some assistance to understand the best way to implement it. Obviously your time is so valuable that you can't spare those precious few seconds it takes to skip over the email related to their question.
