Hi,

I have freenet-20020129 snapshot running in my computer and I have the
following problem:

My node has all the time over (2 * maximumThreads / 3) connections and
therefore serves no requests to anyone (jobcount is too high), but every
node can still connect and it's kind of stuck there.

Thread count is fairly high (200) and I have about 170+ connections all
the time from numerous different nodes.

Every time, when it looks like some connections are dropped, more nodes
connect and try again. Therefore my node can't serve any content to
anyone.

Statistics tell me that there are hours with 0 IncomingRequests since
they are all rejected:

# incomingRequests period=hour

1012575600000 2422

1012579200000 1247
1012564800000 2869

This makes my node almost useless unless restarted after a few hours
uptime.
