Already part of the latest webinstaller (and in all future snapshots)
(Get it seperately from http://www.spaetz.de/freenet/UpdateSnapshot.exe
if yo need it)

UpdateSnapshot.exe

(if you chose 'desktop shortcuts' on installation a link will be in
START->Programs->Freenet0.4->Update Snapshot as well)

1) Stops the currently running node (if its running)
2) Downloads http://freenetproject.org/freenet-latest.jar
3) Starts the node (only if it has been previously running)

Comments:
- It needs to be started in the Freenet directory as it downloads into
the same directory as the .exe is.
- User chosen aborts are handled just fine, the case of a network
failure still needs to be failure proofed a little bit.
- You can even set up 'cron', 'task scheduler' or any other scheduler to
run it automatically. You can even use a cmd-line option to suppress the
download dialog (but I forgot which the option is).

Feedback and comments are welcome.

Sebastian
