Dave,

The prdownloads link refers to the files released through sourceforge's
release mechanism, where-as the snapshots stuff contains files that are
between releases.  Since we probably want joe-user to use the snapshot
windows stuff rather than the last stable release, all links should
currently point to the snapshots directory.  Any that don't should be
changed accordingly (which anyone can do by registering on the website
using "serapis" as the registration password).
