FYI -
If a FQUID download stalls, try lowering the priority, and then
raising it again. This seems to get things moving. I had been using
"Retry Failed Blocks" but this actually restarts the download from
scratch.
I don't know why this works, but it does.
You can also do the same thing from the FProxy Queue Page. So the
stalling is a really a Freenet issue and not a problem with FQUID.

I've noticed this as well on downloads.  If I change the priority,
either lower or higher, the download will start retrieving blocks
again.
