Okay, so what would the warning say? Strangers only mode enabled: Please get some Friends Freenet is currently only connecting to nodes run by people you do not know. Please use the Friends page to get some connections to people you know by exchanging your noderefs (at the bottom of the page). Once you have at least 10 connections to Friends, you can disable Strangers mode and your node will become invisible and much harder to attack or block. One worry here is that users won't read the full message, they'll just see the short form (as we only display the short form on the homepage) and then go to Frost or IRC or something?? We could display some form of this on the last page of the wizard, as well as in a useralert. The user is probably more inclined to read it there??? > > Ian. -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed...
