Some basic decisions:
- More work will be needed on redesigning the UI, but Dieppe has made a great 
start.
- The above style will need to be turned into CSS.
- Every page (more or less) will need to be redesigned to be simple and easy.
- Most of the node interface should work fine without javascript.
- Some parts of the interface do need javascript to work well, although we can 
provide alternatives that work less well for the paranoid.
- This includes chat, and arguably search.
- Whether the browser profile uses javascript must be configurable at install 
time, and also afterwards, possibly through reinstating the config page in 
the firefox profile.
