While working on the ITA L10n I noticed that many strings talk about 'chat' and 'chat forums'. In my experience, users tend to assume chat=IM. Therefore I think that the word 'chat' isnt a good choice.
I suggest to change the current string FProxyToadlet.categoryChat=Chat is replaced by FProxyToadlet.categoryChat=Discussion Forums and also replace all the references to 'chat' with references to 'discussion forums'.
