What would you put in it? If the answer is the same as the old panel then I doesn't look right I think since it would only contain links for XWiki Enterprise and not for the other products . You need to realize that the old www.xwiki.org has been replaced with enterprise.xwiki.org. Now that said I don't feel I'm answering your need.
