Now now, there's nothing wrong with IE...lol. I'd say over 90% of the public uses it.

WYSIWYG with these designs--some of them already have sub-menus in the basic design, which means we wouldn't even have to worry about that level of design from a CSS and layout perspective. I'd say to get rolling the closer the design is to what we'll want/need, the better.
