I like the structure of #2 for our purposes but I like the clean look of #1. Sorry if it seems like I'm pushing this issue--I am! I think we need to get past this and rightly or wrongly start some actual work on the project if we're ever going to get done. As Joe pointed out it will be skinnable but I think we need to just put a stake in the ground and move forward on *something* as far as a design direction goes. We can always change it later if whatever direction we choose doesn't make sense as we move forward. We'll vote TOMORROW! If it makes people's lives easier feel free to vote for ONE (and ONLY ONE) off the list on the wiki.
