I get the issue with all the plugins in the CDK plugins directory. Although the error is slightly different.

This can take a few minutes... Bundler, the underlying system Vagrant uses to install plugins, reported an error. The error is shown below. These errors are usually caused by misconfigured plugin installations or transient network issues. The error from Bundler is: Could not find gem 'vagrant-service-manager (= 1.0.1) ruby' in the gems available on this machine. I was pointed to [1] but this on Fed24, however, if you have this working on Fed23 I think it might be something I have missed. Did you follow the instructions from the installation guide and can you double check you didn't do anything not documented in the docs?
