I don't know anything about dhcpagent - if you have support from Sun,
you might call them. Otherwise, the latest ISC DHCP client might
work for you. You can get the distribution at:
ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/dhcp/dhcp-v2.0b1pl27.tar.gz
The main advantage of using the ISC DHCP client is that there are lots
of people on this mailing list who can answer your questions about
it... :')
