Hi Juma,
You are more than welcome and I am sure your documents would be useful
to the rest of us. I would suggest you get started by reading through
the Documentation guide, and getting started with getting an account
on Launchpad if you do not already have one. You will also need to get
a few pieces software such as Serna Free if you want a WYSIWYG editor
for DocBook, or you can really use essentially any XML tool that you
are comfortable with. In order to build the documents locally on your
machine, you will need to install Java and Maven. All of this is
documented in the documentation guide.

I have some spare time on my hands right now, so I can help you get
started. The initial conversion from Microsoft Word to DocBook can be
the most painful process.
