I am following your documentation on setting up dhis 2 in ubuntu, however I haven’t been able to get postgresql working. Could I get clear assistance on how to start my server. I have a domain with bluehost ,com is there a way I can link my database to my domain. When I type in local hot8080…in the browser; I get a page congratulating me on installing tomcat but I can see the dhis website. My installation must be wrong, pls help.
