Knut, Olav, Thank you for those specific instructions and link. I was able to get this working after following your instructions. I usually assign by type, and it seems this does not override other assignments I have made? Is this correct? In this case we have select areas for vaccine administration which is why I assigned by group in this case, however it did end up over-riding the previous assignments. Lifesavers.
