Dear All

Is it worth considering changing Dia to use the GNOME Canvas widget to
handle on-screen drawing? It seems to offer superior display
capabilities including anti-aliasing and simple affine transformations.
In the future will also provide a nice print framework including print
previewing and other goodies. Sounds like a bargain! Although it does
mean adding another dependency to Dia making it a GNOME rather than GTK
project. Is this is big issue to anyone?
