This is a bug in gnome-xml old versions and 0.99.5 (these are the only
affected versions i thing, new cvs works).

Try the latest cvs version of gnome-xml.

Yeah, i've reported this problem to the gtk+ developers (or rather to
Owen Taylor). It appeared with Gtk+ about 1.1.9. I haven't done a
thorough investigation, so i don't know exactly what's wrong.
