Text input: dead keys

[Gustavo Jo�o Alves Marques Carneiro]

  I have Dia-0.84 and I can't enter accented letters like � or �. The
accent dead keys insert the accent with no letter, (like ' or ~) instead
of waiting for a vogal to pressed afterwards.
