Dia 0.84

Hey, what's up?

  I downloaded the sources for Dia version 0.84, and configure tells me
it needs libxml 1.8.5 whereas the latest version I can find on the gnome
website is 1.7.3 -- what gives dude?  A link to the proper version of
this (and any other requisite libraries that people aren't likely to
have) on your web page would be amazingly helpful.

Note that I'm running RH 6.1 which comes with libxml 1.4.0
