Well, i get the same message for both packages...Even though it 
creates a new folder with all the files in 
AppData\Roaming\dub\packages

Can you create a GH issue ? I'll fix it ASAP.
That's a desatrous bug. version 2 update 5 should have been the 
latest before monthes.
