Imagine that a user want to put a trigger when "switch statement"
match some option, wouldn't be nice if D could do something like
this:
switch(x){
onBeforeMatch = callFoo();
case n1:
...
case n2:
...
}
Where onBeforeMatch could be onAfterMatch.
