Well, I'm mostly a C guy, but I prefer working in Eclipse over
others (C::B, Anjuta etc.)
For this reason, I look forward to DDT.
However, for the time being, what keeps me far from DDT is the
very reason that I embraced Eclipse/CDT for: the debugger. DDT
lacks it.
