I see the required DLLs for win32 are in dmd2\windows\bin (libcurl.dll, libeay32.dll, libssl32.dll) and in dmd2\Windows the needed stuff for SSL (certificate bundle). At least, the docs should be improved so that the user knows he has to deliver these files with his EXE and has to enable the certificate bundle.
