nope, it's not lost. java was in position to do such thing for more
than ten years, yet there is no real component system in java. the same
for .net. they just not working in that direction, they still have
IDEs, debuggers, compilers, libraries and all that separated crap.
nothing will change in following twenty years, i can bet on it.
