I think D clearly has some value for the business:
- highly expressive/productive,
- developer morale, "feel-smart" effect for better or worse
- high reuse
- lower bug counts when compared to C++
But much like there is hidden costs, those aspects can go
unnoticed as "hidden cost savings".
