Sorry, I'm just used to things being overpriced. Beer pretty
much never costs $1 at a bar in NYC. Usually closer to $5-8.

+1 from me for anywhere in the Czech Republic. It's a great
country. Good food, cheap living, cheap and great beer, funny
language (as long as you're Polish), nice people. In tourist
areas you can easily get around with just English.
