Nah, in my multi-KLOC project the difference between debug (-g)
and release (-O -inline) is like 6 vs. 8 seconds.
heh. and with my NanoVG port (nothing fancy, almost no templates
and such), the difference between "-O" and "-O -inline" is
something like: 2.5 seconds for "-O", 28 seconds for "-O
-inline"...
