The problem in the UK is the shift from wholly government
funded tertiary education, to partially government, partially
personal funded tertiary education. The cynical would see this
as a way of stopping poor people getting an education.
It's odd, that humans are still willing to restrict their
potential through the limitations of 'money' - money being a
creation of humans, not a restriction nature imposed on us. I
just don't get it.
The D project is a nice example of people just working together
to achieve something that all can benefit from.
